Q1) How are your products shipped?

 A1) Our products are shipped FREE by either FedEx or by trucking company.

Q2)  What is the depth of box frame on the All Weather Artworks?

A2)  The box frames have a 3 inch depth.  The floater frames, or floating panel as it is commonly called, have a depth of approxomately 1/2 inch.

Q3)  How long does it take for shipping of the All Weather Artwork?

A3)  Once the order is processed (usually within 48 hours) it takes about 4 weeks for delivery of each custom piece.

Q4)  Will my furniture purchse already be assembled when it arrives?

A4)  Some pieces come assembled.  However, each product will mention this in their detailed description.  There are some products that will require assembly and it will be duly noted.

Q5) How may I pay for my purchase?

A5) We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card.

Q6) How long will it take for my furniture delivery?

A6) Orders are processed within 48 hours and delivery may be expected in approxomately 2-3 weeks. For orders of custom Sunbrella cushions, the orders will take a bit longer, about 3 - 4 weeks.

Q7) Do you also carry umbrellas for the tables?

A7) We apologize but at this time patiopizzaz.com does not offer umbrellas.

Q8) How do I order custom colors in my Lanai artwork should I wish to do so?

A8) Simply contact us by email or phone and we will help you with your choices.  Usually a swatch of fabric or color swatch sent to us via regular mail will be sufficient for us to work with. Remember, we are designers and can help you with your selections!

Q9) What if I do not like my artwork once it arrives?

A9) Since your artwork selection is a custom order we cannot accept returns on it except in the case of damage during shipment. Be sure to check the package when it's delivered in the presence of the delivery service so you can file any claim reports if necessary as proof of damage in shipping.

Q10) What kind of warranty do you offer on the All Weather Artwork?

A10) We offer a five (5) year "no fade in direct sunlight" guarantee on the all weather art products.  Our products are developed with the latest technology and will last indefinitely with proper care.  Reasonable care should include proper hanging and cleaning.  However, since we do not know where exactly the artwork will be displayed once it leaves our premises we cannot guarantee how long exactly it will last, only that it will not fade within a five year period.  These artworks are ideal for commercial settings as well, such as restaurants, hotels, etc. but do require proper maintenance. Care instructions accompany each purchase.
